JUNE 30, 2026- EMAIL SENT TO ALL CONSIGNORS WHO HAVE REGISTERED TO CONSIGN AT SOME POINT

Drop off appointments open TONIGHT 9/9 at 8pm!

We have 3 options for dropping off your items to Kruse Plaza:  

• NEED INSPECTED
• SKIP INSPECTION
• DROP N GO

If you are a VALET Consignor and have already dropped your items to our Valet Tagging Team- this does not apply to you!

If you have multiple Consignor #’s- You do need an appointment for each consignor number.  Please choose 2 back to back drop off appointments.  You may bring all your items to the first drop off time- but we need to allocate the 2 drop off times for you.  Or if you can’t fit it all in the car- you may sign up for 2 different times.

NEED INSPECTED:

This is the Drop Off Appointment you will pick if you are a new consignor, did not participate last sale, or if you were not in our top 200 highest sell through’s from the Spring 2026 sale.  These drop offs take place on Monday night 9/28 5pm-7:30pm and on Tuesday 9/29  between Noon-5:30pm.  The 20 minute time slot is for you to drive up to the building, unload your car at a drop station inside the building, go out and park your car while your items go through the inspection process, then come back and in and put your items on the sales floor.  We ask that you arrive as close to the beginning of the time slot as possible. (if you pick 2:00-2:20- please arrive as close to 2pm as possible.)  However, you’re welcome to stay as long as needed to get your items out on the sales floor. Please note that all items must be placed on the floor by 8:30 PM on Monday and 8:00 PM on Tuesday. Thank you for helping us stay on schedule!

SKIP INSPECTION:

Those of you that were in our top 200 sell through’s from the Spring 2026 sale get to skip the inspection process.  Those numbers are listed at the bottom of this email. You will pull your car up to the building and park. We ask that you keep your items in your car and unload a pile/box/bin at a time- then come in and put your items out on the sales floor. (and repeat!). We will have racks and shopping carts while supplies last- it is highly suggested that you bring a wagon or something to walk around the floor with while you put your items out.

Skip Inspection consignors will get to choose from 3 time blocks: 

• Monday 9/28  5:30p-7:30p
• Tuesday 9/29  12:30-3 (this one is the least busy and less chaotic)
• Tuesday 9.29   3-6pm

You can come anytime within the time frame that you pick.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE OUT BY 8:30 on Monday and by 8pm on Tuesday.  So please plan accordingly.

DROP N GO:

Don't have the time or desire to put your own items out? Take advantage of our Drop N Go Service which takes place on Sunday 9/27 from 3:30pm-4:30pm.  You sign up for a fifteen minute time slot- and come anytime within that 15 minutes. You will pull up to the building, we will help you unload your car, and you will be on your way!  We will take care of putting your items on the sales floor.  (you do need to prepare your items so they are sale ready and organized by category.  More details to come on this.)  The cost for Drop N Go starts at $25 for 250 items or less.  If you have more items, the cost goes up $10 for each 100 increment. (For example, 340 items will cost $35.) This will be taken off your check.

You will get a specific email the week before the sale explaining where to arrive for your drop off appointment.  Remember that your items must be SALE READY--Tagged, hung and ready to go onto the sales floor.  Please plan for about an hour to an hour and a half for your drop off appointment- you will be walking around and putting your items onto the sales floor- More info to come in a dedicated email all about DROP OFF.

AS A REMINDER- YOU MAY NOT SIGN UP FOR A DROP OFF APPOINTMENT DURING A TIME YOU ARE WORKING A CREW SHIFT.

It's almost time for the 2026 Fall/Winter Lucky Duck Sale and we can't wait to do it all again with you!

October 1-4, 2026 at Kruse Plaza | Auburn, IN

Registration Opens: Wednesday, July 1 at 8:00 PM

The $20 non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee (paid via PayPal) includes:
- A chance to clear out the clutter
- The opportunity to make some amazing money
- Access to shop our private Consignor Presale on Thursday, October 1

Once you're registered, you can start entering inventory right away!

Important Dates

New Rewards Program Updates

Our consignors continue to absolutely knock it out of the park with sell-through rates, and that success is something we never take for granted.

Because so many consignors are consistently hitting that 80%+ sell-through mark, we've reached a point where allowing unlimited inventory for everyone who qualifies simply isn't sustainable if we want to continue delivering the kind of sales results Lucky Duck is known for.

One thing we've learned over the years is that more inventory does not always equal more sales. In fact, when the sales floor becomes overcrowded, sell-through rates begin to drop for everyone. Our goal has always been quality over quantity and maintaining the shopping experience that keeps customers coming back sale after sale.

So while the following change may feel like we're pulling back a benefit, it's actually the opposite—it's a move designed to protect the strong sell-through rates and great consignor checks that our community has come to expect from Lucky Duck.

80% Sell through Perks:

• If you had an 80% or higher sell through rate at the previous sale….(and this was 78% of you who consigned with us last sale!!!) You'll earn the opportunity to bring up to 400 items to the next sale instead of the standard 250-item limit.

Top Seller Perk:

• Our Top 200 sell-through consignors from the previous sale will earn the opportunity to skip inspection for the next event. (instead of ANYONE who had an 80% sell thru)

• Qualifying consignors will be announced by September 1 before the drop off shifts open.

These changes help us keep inventory levels where they need to be so that Lucky Duck can continue to deliver the high sell-through rates that make our sale so successful for everyone involved.
