What kinds of items can I expect to see at this sale?
You can expect to find clothing, that is gently used and in excellent condition sized newborn to 18 at fabulous prices! As well as; shoes, toys, books, movies, outdoor items, decor, games, furniture, and feeding equipment. Really, if it has to do with kids, and is in great shape, it could be here! We also have Junior Sizes, Maternity and Women's Clothes! Plus- our fall sale, we have a great selection of Halloween costumes!
What forms of payment are accepted at this sale?
Cash is best. We also accept credit cards. Sorry, no checks. Expect to pay sales tax at checkout, Lucky Duck is not a non-for-profit organization. It is a business, which requires us, by law, to charge sales tax on items sold.
As a shopper, do I have to pay to enter?
NO! Shopping is free and open to the public on Friday and Saturday. However, if you would like to be one of the first to shop, you may purchase a ticket to the presale on Thursday night. Tickets are $10 per person and are available at the Coliseum ticket office or at Ticketmaster.com. 100% of the ticket sales will go to our charity partner Open Door Haiti.
Do I have to pay to park?
Our sale is held at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. They do charge a $5 parking fee, per car. Consider carpooling with a friend to split the parking fee. Plus, shopping with a friend is always so much more fun.
Do you sell women's clothing?
Yes, as a matter of fact, we re-launched our Women's section at the Spring 2015 sale, and it was FAB-U-LOUS! Plan to find a great selection of barely used, in style, women’s clothing items, shoes and accessories in a funky, boutique like setting.
Are dressing rooms available?
We have a staffed dressing room located in our Women's Section. We will not allow children's clothing items into the dressing rooms. Dressing rooms are only for Women to try on items from the Women's Clothing Section.
